Stretching: Welcome

Stretching your muscles and loosening up is a quick way to relax. Depending on your goals, it can drastically improve quality of life as an athlete, desk worker, student, etc...

Stretching increases blood flow to the muscles, increases endorphins, and increases confidence through bettering your posture. Read Below to find out what stretches are going to renew you!

Hamstring and Calf

Keep one knees straight, and bend the other one so that foot touches your thigh. keep your butt stable and stay balanced. Lean forward and try to touch your toes. Point your toes towards you. Go as far as you can and hold that for 30-45 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Do this when you wake up and right before bed.

Quad

Get down in the position you see, and focus on pulling your back foot towards your body, thus stretching your quads. Hold for 30-45 seconds on each leg. Repeat 3 times when you wake up and before bed.
