We Get Your Struggle

Mental health problems are an issue to which most of you have been confronted. It is ok to acknowledge that. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the pandemic has caused a rise of 25% in prevalence of anxiety and depression worldwide. There are many ways to slowly get better and feel like life isn’t a burden anymore but an opportunity. The most important thing in recovery is to go step by step so that you don’t feel overwhelmed. This is why we have created a 15 days challenge for you to get better and enjoy life the way you did before the pandemic. You will find different activities to accomplish for each day in the challenge section of our website. Know that it is totally fine if you don’t manage to do certain activities, go at your own pace, we are here to make you feel better, not to add to your stress :) Furthermore, you can read about any of the self-care topics that could interest you in the different sections, including: exercise, sleep, self-love, entertainment and food.
