TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF:
Most people don’t necessarily know what they truly enjoy. And that is because they have never tried to figure it out either because they didn’t have time or maybe just because they never knew how to. Our goal will be to make you discover what you like, what enables you to reconnect with your inner self. Little by little, you should be able to feel that you are no longer a stranger to yourself.
Forget the to-do lists, the errands, the housework – forget all that stuff and find the best way for you to relax.
Is it a walk in the local park, swimming in your pool, sitting outside listening to the birds, and shutting out all the background noise? Is it enjoying your garden or enjoying being out in nature? Is it spending time with your beloved pet?
To start off slowly, maybe you can...
Take a bath/ shower
Make your bedÂ
Talk to someone about how you feel (don’t be ashamed to ask for help)
Understand the difference between being alone and being lonelyÂ
If there is an activity you want to do or some place you want to go, don’t be scared to go by yourself, don't’ rely on anyone to have funÂ
Watch your favorite movieÂ
Put on your favorite playlist and sing your lungs out, dance until you’re out of breath
Get ready even if you have nowhere to go, just so that you can feel the power of being the best looking person out there
Still lost...?

Try to figure out what you’d be most comfortable doing → focus on that as your single goal and then work up from there
Try to read a book ​
Put your phone down (social media is toxic)
Stop comparing yourself to others ​​
Tell your loved ones that at you love them
Practice going one thing at a time → fully immerse yourself in what you are doing

Hiking

Find a local trail and aim to reach the peak. Can be completed alone or with Friends.

Picnic
Invite at least 2 friends to a picnic in an outdoor space. Make sure to eat healthy! Check our recommended recipes in our recipes section.
Scavenger hunt
Design a scavenger hunt and invite at least 2 participants to compete against each other. Preferably outdoors.​

Walking tour
Tour around your city or town. If there are no pre-established routes, design your own tour. Make sure you include all the places you want to visit.
Games tournament
Invite at least 3 friends to a game night.
Host a board game, card game or video game tournament. Make sure everyone brings their favourite games!
Biking trail
Go on a local Biking route. Challenge yourself to ride for at least 20 kilometers or 12.5 miles.
